We brought Cogram's Agent to Microsoft Teams, unified RFIs, Submittals, and Transmittals into one correspondence record with a secure portal for external reviewers, and added automatic filing of RFIs and submittals from project email.

Build Week 10

Project Tasks, Directory, a more capable Agent, and a faster interface

From May through June 2026, we launched shared Project Tasks and a contact Directory, gave the Agent your documents, drawings, and Workflows, and shipped a faster interface with Cmd+K global search and dark mode.

Build Week 9

Free Viewer access, Project Types, and a new Assistant

From March through April 2026, we made Viewer access free for every customer, so your whole organization can follow project meetings, email, and reports. We also added color-coded Project Types with bulk upload and assignment, rolled out a new conversation-based Assistant with shareable threads and reusable prompts, and shipped email export to .eml and .msg.

Build Week 8

Bulk actions across Cogram, smarter email filing, Tabular Minutes, and more

From December 2025 through February 2026, we shipped bulk actions across every table, bulk email filing with the "File to Cogram" Outlook folder, bulk project import, the new Tabular Minutes insight, and an Assistant aware of your project documents and email attachments.

Assistant Prompt Library, Automated Workflows, Field Report improvements, and more

This release focuses on new Assistant capabilities, automated AI workflows, improvements to field reports and observations, and new admin features in Cogram.

AI Assistant for AEC; Webex, Procore integrations; Global Search

From Sep 15–Oct 17, 2025, we shipped 123 improvements to help architects and engineers improve project documentation and cut admin workloads.

August 5th - September 10th: launch of Cogram's Outlook integration for automatic email filing, discovery and prototyping for Cogram's Construction Administration product (RFIs & Submittals), and performance improvements across our applications.
