Outlook Plugin for Automatic Email Filing
Cogram now integrates with Outlook to summarize, understand, and automatically file emails and attachments to the appropriate project, preventing information silos in inboxes while maintaining searchability across teams.
Why it matters
The feature eliminates manual email filing work, reduces missed decisions, and establishes a reliable project record.
Getting started
Users connect Outlook through Settings, configure projects as filing targets in Cogram, or integrate with project repositories like Deltek Vantagepoint/Vision/Ajera for automatic synchronization.
Construction Administration: RFIs & Submittals (In Progress)
We are prototyping an RFI and Submittal management system featuring standardized logs, rapid data capture from Procore and email attachments, and connections to meetings and drawings.
Why it matters
This aims to shorten turnaround times and create an audit-ready log for construction administration scheduling.

Performance, Mobile & UX Polish
Three categories of improvements were implemented:
- Faster infrastructure: Faster search and database operations, smoother syncs, and enhanced infrastructure stability
- Better interfaces: Cleaner navigation, consistent interfaces, better forms, and improved mobile state synchronization
Why it matters
Pages load faster, search performance improves, and the interface remains responsive during busy project periods.
