Overview
Between August 5 and September 10, 2025, we delivered 114 improvements to help architects, engineers, and builders reduce administrative work and keep projects organized. This post records that release; the RFI and Submittal work described below was still in discovery and prototyping at the time.
Outlook Add-In for Automatic Email Filing
This release introduced Cogram's Outlook connection for automatically filing emails and attachments to projects.
Why it mattered
The goal was to reduce the manual filing work required to keep project correspondence together.
Current workflow
For current setup and product information, see Email Management. The product page describes automatic project-email filing and shared project correspondence. This historical post does not describe every current connection or configuration option.
Construction Administration: RFIs & Submittals (In Progress)
At the time of this release, we were prototyping an RFI and Submittal management system, including standardized logs, data capture from Procore and email attachments, and links to meetings and drawings.
Why it mattered
The work was intended to support construction-administration tracking. It was not a statement that RFIs and Submittals were generally available in September 2025.
For the current RFI and Submittal product scope and Procore connection, see RFIs & Submittals.
Performance, Mobile & UX Polish
Three categories of improvements were implemented:
- Faster infrastructure: Faster search and database operations, smoother syncs, and enhanced infrastructure stability
- Better interfaces: Cleaner navigation, consistent interfaces, better forms, and improved mobile state synchronization
Why it matters
Pages load faster, search performance improves, and the interface remains responsive during busy project periods.
