Projects: Keep Your Meetings Organized
The Projects launch organized meetings and emails by project or client, so team members could locate meeting notes and email threads, access minutes, export documentation, and add annotations.
This release also introduced project-level work with the product then called AI Assistant. It is now called Agent. For current information about working across connected project data, see the Agent page.
The launch included automated rules for filing meetings or emails based on keywords in meeting titles or email subject lines, or on meeting attendees or email recipients.
Templates: Meeting Minutes in Your Document Template
Professional services and Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) practitioners typically document notes using standardized template documents for meeting minutes, which are subsequently distributed to project stakeholders following meetings.
These templates typically incorporate company letterhead, personalized layouts and styling, and may feature attendee tables, absentee listings, project information, agenda items, or customized action item tracking systems.
The launch made it possible to generate meeting minutes in an organization's custom Word (.docx) template. For the current workflow, see Meeting Minutes, which describes draft minutes in firm templates.
Recording Upload: Convert Audio or Video Recordings into Meeting Notes
This release introduced recording upload for audio or video recordings, producing transcripts, meeting minutes, action items, and meeting insights. It also included speaker recognition and a way for users to assign speaker names.
