Templates: Export Minutes in Multiple Templates
This release expanded the Templates feature for exporting meeting minutes. Teams could set up custom templates for on-site field reports, design meetings, OAC meetings, and project-specific formats.

Improvements to Cogram's Meeting Page: Review and Edit Notes Easily
The release added a transcript view alongside Cogram's notes to support review and verification. It also added Search and Replace for corrections across a meeting.
Projects: Create and Manage Projects Easily
The release added separate rules for meetings and email threads, with assignment based on keywords or participants. Colleagues could be invited to access a project, export documentation, and add notes.
Looking Ahead: AI-Assisted Proposals and RFP Review
