Projects: Keep Your Meetings Organized
Cogram’s new Projects feature organizes your meetings and emails by project or client. This makes it easy to find meeting notes or email threads, and allows you to share notes with collaborators that work on the same project, so they can access minutes, export them, and add their own notes to the project.
Projects also makes it easier to use Cogram’s AI Assistant–you can start a new Assistant session for an entire project, and then draft status updates, project reports, ask for a list of recent action items, and more.
To avoid manual filing work, projects can be configured with rules to automatically add meetings or emails to a project, based on keywords (in the meeting title or email subject line) or participants (meeting invitees or email recipients).
Templates: Meeting Minutes in your Document Template
If you’re a professional in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) or professional services industry, chances are you’re taking notes in a formal template document for meeting minutes. That document is then shared with project stakeholders after meetings.
The template typically starts with your firm’s letterhead, and has a custom layout and style. Perhaps it contains a table of attendees, absentees, project details, or agenda items–or uses an opinionated system of tracking action items.
With Templates, Cogram learns to produce meeting minutes in your format and style, and prepares those minutes in your custom Word (.docx) document template.
With one click, and within seconds after a meeting, you can now download detailed, richly formatted meeting minutes in your team’s template document.
To get started with Templates, ask your Cogram Admin to upload a template through the Admin Dashboard, or contact support@cogram.com for help.
Recording Upload: Convert Audio or Video Recordings into Meeting Notes
Missed a meeting but have a video or audio recording–and don’t want to sift through that recording to write meeting notes? You can now simply upload the recording in Cogram to generate a high-quality transcript, meeting minutes, action items, and custom meeting insights. Cogram does not store uploaded recordings.
Cogram’s speaker-recognition technology automatically distinguishes between different speakers in the recording. You can then label speaker names and Cogram automatically updates meeting notes, summaries, actions, and insights.
