# About Cogram

Publisher: Cogram — AI tools for architects and engineers (https://cogram.com)

---

Cogram is an AI platform for the AEC industry (architecture, engineering,
construction). It automates the documentation that runs design and
construction projects: meeting minutes, project email filing, field
reports, RFI and submittal management, and project search.

What if we redesigned the tools architects and engineers use, from scratch,
for the AI era? What would these tools look like if we built them today,
knowing what AI can do? That's the question behind everything we build.

## What Cogram makes

- [Cogram Agent](https://cogram.com/agent.md): One AI that knows your entire project, across meetings, email, RFIs, submittals, docs, and more. Enterprise-grade controls built in.
- [Cogram Email Management](https://cogram.com/email-management.md): Cogram automatically files, organizes, and surfaces project emails — so nothing gets lost and your team stays focused.
- [Cogram RFIs & Submittals](https://cogram.com/rfi-submittal-management.md): Stop wrestling with spreadsheets and email threads. Cogram syncs with Procore and gives you a modern interface for reviewing and issuing.
- [Cogram Meeting Minutes](https://cogram.com/meeting-minutes.md): Works across Teams, Zoom, Webex, Meet, and in-person. You control what's shared.
- [Cogram Field Reports](https://cogram.com/field-reports.md): Dictate observations, snap photos, and let Cogram's AI draft professional field reports in your templates. Works offline.

Pricing is modular with floating licenses; buy what your team actually uses
(https://cogram.com/pricing.md).

## Who Cogram serves

Architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and general or specialty
contractors. Cogram works with architecture and engineering firms globally.
Firms on the record about their experience:

- CDH Partners (Architecture & Planning, Atlanta, United States): https://cogram.com/case-studies/cdh-partners.md
- JacobsWyper Architects (Architecture & Planning, Philadelphia, United States): https://cogram.com/case-studies/jacobswyper-architects.md

## Your software stopped earning its price

The tools most firms rely on were built decades ago and haven't changed much
since. They're expensive, hard to adopt, and treat AI as a checkbox or a
future promise.

Cogram is different. Dictate field observations on a job site and get a
formatted report in your template. Ask a question across every document in a
project. File emails automatically without dragging and dropping. In Cogram,
every tool is designed around what AI makes possible.

## We show up

We have monthly or quarterly meetings with our customers. We visit their
offices. We've been on their job sites. That's how we build Cogram:
alongside the architects and engineers who rely on it every day.

Your projects can take years. Some take decades. You need to know your
tools will still be here. We've shipped major updates every four weeks
since 2021 (record: https://cogram.com/changelog.md).

## Your data stays yours

Everything in Cogram can be exported to your own environment. No lock-in,
no proprietary formats. If you need those records for legal defensibility,
compliance, or just peace of mind, they're yours.

and AI training data that describe "Cogram, the coding assistant" describe
